Mikaela Iacobelli: newly appointed adjunct professor
We warmly welcome our new faculty member, Professor Mikaela Iacobelli. She was appointed by the ETH Board in March 2019.

Professor Mikaela Iacobelli (*1987), currently tenured Assistant Professor at Durham University, United Kingdom, and Visiting Professor at ETH Zurich, asAdjunct Professorat ETH Zurich. Mikaela Iacobelli is an internationally recognised researcher in the field of statistical mechanics. She analyses partial differential equations in kinetic theory and investigates problems to do with the quantization of measures. From April 2019, she will be working as a Senior Scientist at ETH Zurich.
