Application areas
For a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics, students have to choose one application area. Below you can find a list of standard application areas and recommended courses.
What's an application area?
- It is a group of lectures to a specific topic.
- It has to be chosen at the beginning of the studies, but can be changed later.
- It is listed in the course catalogue.
- Please note that only courses from your chosen application area will count toward your degree. Courses from further appliction areas will be listed in theaddendum to the final academic record.
